Perforated Steel Angle Bead
Angle bead is a specialized perforated metal products formed in certain angle, processed from stainless steel, galvanized steel or aluminum perforated plates. Hengda perforated metal plaster beads are designed to form strong and accurate building corners that are resistant to chipping and cracking. Our metal beads are mostly for the second and third time wall coating uses. Perforated metal beads have commonly round punched holes and increased diamond wings for wall plaster. Our angel bead is used over irregular wall surfaces to ensure straight corner lines in drywall construction. It has easy installation with wave margin and nail holes. The diamond decoration along the length of the flange act as a keyway for holding the drywall mud to the drywall and the corner. This mesh insures a perfect bond and provides effective reinforcement where most needed. Straight edge nose is easy to install and permits plumb straight outside corners. The angle bead plate thickness generally ranges from 0.4mm to 0.5mm.

Comparison of Perforated Metal Corner Beads and Expanded Angle Beads:
Corner beads are either made of perforated metal or expanded metal. While both are widely used, perforated metal beads offer stronger trimming compared with expanded metal beads. Perforated angle beads have more uniform plate thickness, hole sizes and easy to keep its original shaping.
